1Overview
You are always in control of your data. Deleting your Ledger account permanently removes your login and all data synced to our servers — your accounts, transactions and profile information.
2Method 1 — Delete Inside the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the App. Deletion is immediate.
Open Ledger and go to Profile
Launch the App and tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion
A confirmation dialog explains that this will permanently delete your account and all of your data. Tap Delete to confirm.
Done — your account is removed
Your login and synced data are permanently deleted from our servers, and you are signed out of the App.
3Method 2 — Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the App (for example, you lost your phone or changed your number), you can ask us to delete your account manually:
- Send an email to enquiries@kaylamayotech.com with the subject "Ledger Account Deletion Request".
- Include the phone number (or Google account email) you used to sign in, so we can locate your account.
- We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

After deletion we retain no personal data linked to you, except where a legal obligation requires brief retention (for example, records of the deletion request itself).
5Frequently Asked Questions
No. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Export PDF reports of any accounts you want to keep before deleting.
For security, permanent deletion is only allowed shortly after a fresh sign-in. Simply logout from the Profile screen, sign in again with your phone number or Google account, and then tap Delete Account — it will work right away.
No. Uninstalling only removes the App and its local data from your phone — your account and synced data remain on our servers so you can restore them later. To erase everything, delete your account using one of the methods above.
Yes. Long-press any account inside the App and choose Delete — this removes only that ledger and its transactions, while your login and other accounts stay intact.
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are verified and completed within 30 days at most — usually much sooner — and we confirm by reply once done.
